After the cabin crew completes the basic duty flight arrangement, the total monthly income will increase by 3 percent to 8 percent .
Cathay Pacific pointed out that taking the newly recruited cabin crew as an example, after completing the basic duty arrangement of 70 flight hours per month, the total monthly income is about 17,000 Hong Kong dollars. The average total monthly income of waiters will reach 20,000 yuan.
Cathay Pacific emphasized that it has been actively maintaining close contact with cabin service employees and continuously reviewing remuneration packages to ensure that all employees receive appropriate remuneration while maintaining overall business competitiveness and sustainable development. The company also pointed out that at the beginning of this year, it has raised the basic salary and the salary of the flight hours by 3.3 percent , and added a one-day round-trip allowance for outstations in February.
